For this customer there was an existing old house on the block that had to be demolished and then removed. After this was accomplished, we began on the clearing of the land and then the construction.
The clients needs were taken into consideration and plans were drawn up by our architect we have used for many years. We feel we made good use of the land for its size, and achieved a great outcome for the clients. Construction started in approximately 2010 and took around 12 months to complete. The client was very happy with the results and went on to live in the house for many years.
