This was one of our own projects. We purchased the block with the intention of subdividing it into 2 blocks. We decided to go ahead and design a house for the top side of the block to capture the breathtaking views of the Blackall Ranges. Once we finalised the design and approval was given from the council, we commenced construction on a four-bedroom, two bathroom, study, double lock-up garage, large deck with ducted air-conditioning throughout. No problems were encountered, and construction was completed within 2 months, with the landscaping to follow. We were very happy with the build, and the buyers are too. Since this photo, the buyer contracted us to redo the landscaping to suit their needs.
