This build was one of Colin’s earlier builds after moving to Queensland. It comprises a double lockup garage, 3 bedrooms (master bedroom has bi-fold doors going out to its own private deck and access to the pool), 2 bathrooms, a study, the kitchen, dining and family room having bi-fold doors leading out to the timber deck overlooking the resort-style pool with water feature. The formal living room overlooks the beautifully landscaped gardens with amazing ponds with its own water feature. It was such an amazing build that the Endeavour Foundation decided to buy it and have it as one of their prize homes.
