We built this granny flat for clients who wanted to make use of their land and receive some extra income. Colin Parker Developments, in conjunction with our architect, came up with a design that was perfect for the block, allowing our client to maintain as much privacy as possible. The granny flat had two bedrooms, a bathroom, combined kitchen, dining and living room as well as an alfresco patio. OUr client was very happy with the outcome.
